Description of Services and Deliverables: Test Analyst and Test Management

- Work with project standard defect mgt tools (HPQC)
- Troubleshooting of defects to ensure appropriate stakeholders are engaged a issues are resolved quickly
- Responsible to interface and understand customer requirement for estimating, creating work order and delivering to estimate the testing elements of a project
- Responsible for estimating and delivering to estimate the testing elements of a project
- Responsible for a test team to carry out the above described activities. Responsible for a team of externals (on-, near- and off-shore) to manage and execute all testing activities and manage customer escalations
- Able to allocate work with in team and delegate to others, including teams and individuals located remotely. Provide report (delivery, effort, resourcing, milestones invoicing etc ) to internal and external management.
- Ability to assess risk within a project and recommend appropriate actions.

Mandatory Experience:
The resource should have testing experience on Voice over IP products and must have knowledge of SIP, IMS, RCS and NGN. He should have experience on Cisco ip phone testing, jabber and fax configuration, switch configurations for customers etc. Familiar with Cisco hard and soft clients, jabber clients and aware of Unified communication domain. As he needs to work from Spain, Spanish is essential.
