Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer - Abingdon - £39,900, 4 on 4 days

An established and growing Manufacturing company is looking to increase its capabilities and processes by adding an electrical bias Maintenance Engineer to their team.

The right person for this role will be an experienced/time served, electrically biased Engineer with PLC experience and knowledge of motors, inverters, couplings and gearboxes.


- Ensure all equipment is serviced and repaired efficiently
- Pre-Planned maintenance is carried out effectively and downtime reduced
- Fault finding and problem solving on electrical machinery and systems


- Apprentice trained with electrical bias
- Experience in an automated plant
- Planned maintenance skills
- PLC experience
- Willing to work shifts
- Basic mechanical skills
- Experience of working in heavy industry


- Higher qualifications in engineering
- Controls programming
- Mechanically competent
