A market leading, international business based in the Surbiton/Kingston area are looking for a bright and motivated IT Trainer to join their team. Reporting to and working closely with the Senior IT Trainer, you will work within the IT department to design and deliver software based IT training to all employees,

Key responsibilities of this IT Trainer role will include:

Design and delivery of software training to be conducted primarily in a classroom setting but on occasion at the desk, 1:1 or via WebEx
Delivering training across bespoke sales databases, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, applications and telecoms tools
Planning and creation of a variety of training resources such as handouts, training manuals and training videos
Management of training resources intranet

Please note- full training on bespoke systems will be provided and advanced MS Word and Excel skills are essential.

To be suitable for this IT Trainer role, you will have previous demonstrable experience in a similar role; planning and designing training courses and associated training materials. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will comfortable liaising with employees at all levels.

Please note - occasional global travel will be required.

The salary on offer for this role is £35,000-£40,000 plus benefits.
