The Role
You will join a marketing team of four people and initially be responsible for working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Director to facilitate a range of marketing projects and activities across the business, working to specific budgets and targets. The marketing has three distinct strands - candidate attraction, marketing to clients (both new and existing), and potential employees. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your main area of focus initially will be content, (strategy, production, assimilation and promotion), SEO - managing and on boarding an agency, working on messaging and projects for our internal recruitment and managing our external relationships with our data and insights manager to ensure we get the very best ROI from our job board spend. There will be also scope for a range of digital marketing activities, managing our PPC, events, profiling Aspire with awards entries, working with internal teams on their marketing plans. There is lots of autonomy and scope to work on multiple projects, so a hands- on, versatile marketer, with great attention to detail and a keen eye on the return on investment is required.

Day to day activities will be

* Audience profiling - Start to build a picture of our key candidate and client audiences
* Creation of a Content Marketing Strategy, working with the rest of the marketing team to develop relevant content and distribute.
* Manage relationships with senior management team to ensure all their agreed marketing actions are delivered on time
* Manage relationships with external agencies and job boards to ensure smooth running of contracts
* Working with our data and insight manager to review / steer and report on job board ROI
* Monitor SEO and PPC campaigns to ensure targets and budgets are met
* Run Induction sessions on LinkedIn/ Social Media and Ad Writing as required.
* Budget for and run ad hoc, cross channel marketing campaigns which may include Paid Social, Display, Events, Print etc. Monitor and report on results
* Run detailed reports on web traffic and candidates using both Google Analytics & our internal reporting tools
* Manage a calendar of key awards and coordinate the submission of entries
* Identify opportunities for relevant Event Sponsorship
* Edit & write blogs for the website
* Oversee day to day management and troubleshooting of the website using the CMS system
* Ad hoc marketing activity as required

The Person
We are looking for someone who has a broad marketing background, with strong experience in Content, SEO and PPC as well as executing and analysing marketing campaigns across the whole digital mix, including paid media campaigns, email marketing, social, video, content and events. You will use a combination of commercial focus and creative flair to create relevant and promote content in a variety of ways. Attention to detail, copywriting skills and people management experience are key.

* Demonstrable Content production and strategy experience
* Experience of running & analysing marketing campaigns across different channels including Display, Email, PPC, Social Media, Print and Offline.
* Working knowledge of SEO best practice
* Proven budget management experience
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
* Experience with email marketing packages
* Management experience
* Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Excel e.g. able to manipulate data using pivot tables and formulas to draw out relevant insights.

* Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
* Experience of working with CRM and website CMS systems
