Marketing Administration Assistant - The Company:

Our client are a very well established Commercial Property Consultancy based in Leicester city centre. They are currently looking for a motivated Marketing Administration Assistant to join their team, bringing with them creativity and a good mind for organisation.

Marketing Administration Assistant - The Opportunity:

You will design property brochures using Publisher as well as Co-ordinate marketing campaigns. Providing information to internal colleagues or external enquirers when needed. You will upload properties to website platforms or advertising. You will carry out other administrative duties also such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc, you will also organise travel arrangements for senior managers. Writing letters and emails on behalf of other office staff will also be a part of the position.

Processing expenses sheets and invoices will also make up part of your responsibility. Maintaining computer and manual filing systems. while handling sensitive information in a confidential manner. Taking accurate minutes of meetings. You will be proactive and d help to develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient and have a good telephone manner

You will also managing staff appointments.

Marketing Administration Assistant - About you - Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

- Good knowledge of Publisher
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once.
- Diary Management
- Good typing and keyboard skills.
- Managing administrative processes.
- A good level of English spelling and grammar.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good Organisational skills
