1st Line Support / Helpdesk Support / IT Support / Service Desk Analyst sought by a growing Software company based in Reading, Berkshire.

Are you looking to break into the IT Industry? Are you technically minded with a keen interest in IT?

As the 1st Line Support you will be responsible for providing support to both external clients and internal users, prioritising issues and escalating them where needed. You will join a close-knit team within a company committed to providing first class customer service to its clients.

The 1st Line Support will have excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in IT with an ability to pick up new things quickly. This is an excellent chance to begin your career in the IT industry, with training provided and exposure in a busy Service Desk environment.
