1st Line Support - Service Desk Engineer - Windows 7 to 8.1, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office 365, Azure, Networking, TCP/IP, VMware, Firewall. I am looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer / Service Desk Engineer who can log & prioritise calls, tickets and update help-desk systems. Key skills and responsibilities:

* Windows 7 to 8.1
* Active Directory
* Exchange
* MS Office
* Networking, TCP/IP, VMware, Firewall experience would be very advantageous!
* Logging & prioritising calls and updating help-desk system
* Answering support queries via phone, remote support, profile, login on, email support
* Monitor the help desk system and the support desk
