"ROLE OVERVIEW: Service Centre Support Administrator / Coordinator - for global electronics company based Ferndown Industrial Estate, Ferndown in Dorset.

SALARY: C£20K - C£25K depending on competency and relevant experience plus benefits package.

OFFICE LOCATION: You will work out of the office full time 5 days a week in Ferndown Industrial Estate in Ferndown.

WORKING HOURS: - Full time permanent role of 37.5 hrs per week, 9-5 OR 10-6, Monday-Friday with 30 mins for lunch.

Due to ongoing expansion my client seeks to hire an outgoing, customer oriented Support Administrator to work in their electronic systems Service Centre department. The role is a mix of customer service support duties over the phone, diary management of service engineers/sub-contractors and plenty of varied administration from dealing with purchase & sales orders and invoices to warranties and raising quotes. You will be joining a friendly, well established and hard working team. You will consider yourself extremely organised, a great customer relationship builder and you'll have a good sense of humour. You will enjoy dealing with different parties including customers, suppliers and engineers.

Your duties will include but not be limited to;

- be the initial point of contact for customers and accurately record customer information onto a ticket support system, obtaining full information on issues, including electronic systems machine details, faults reported and or parts for return
- Diary Management of all engineers & sub-contractors making sure they have all the necessary equipment required to attend customer visits
- Forward planning of calls and issuing of PO's to the sub-contractors
- Managing paperwork / service call sheets from engineers
- cross-reference checks of engineers' Invoices to Service Records & process accordingly through the in-house systems
- Provide high levels of customer service to customers and suppliers that interact with the company via phone /email/personal office visit.
- Manage and update support tickets accordingly, keeping the customer up to date
- Update the CRM with returned warranty forms and service records.
- To prepare service sales orders for repairs and chargeable service calls.
- Prepare all outbound warranties for systems shipping
- Monitor and manage all company purchase orders as and when required.
- Monitoring and producing service KPI reports
- matching PO's & dispatch notes, data entry, MS Excel tasks
- perform clerical & administrative functions including documentation in line with ISO9001 systems and processes

- You will have previously performed a similar customer-focused support administrator / sales administrator / coordinator role
- You will most likely have worked in a role involving diary management of engineers / sub-contractors or similar
- You would be at an advantage if you worked within the wider engineering or construction industries
- You'll most likely be familiar with invoices, sales orders / PO's etc.
- You'll be extremely well organised and pay great attention to detail
- You'll be confident, outgoing and a strong natural relationship builder
- You'll be hard working and have a good sense of humour.
- You'll be highly computer literate with strong experience of using typical applications such as MS Office, MS Excel (intermediate or above), MS Outlook, CRM systems.
