An established London company is looking for a Change manager tosupport the business in process improvement, initially focusing on defining, embedding and improving process change following a major system implementation. To include some project, reporting and communication responsibilities in the context of the role.

Key responsibilities:

- Definition of key sales, marketing, finance and operations processes associated with the new system implementation
- Definition of key cross functional business processes to improve coordination and collaboration
- Review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the business
- Work with the business owners to improve adoption and embedding of these processes
- Lead cross functional teams that gather information to evaluate current work processes and identify barriers and improvement strategies. Process mapping, root cause analysis and bench marking of processes.
- Serve as a change agent by stimulating and demonstrating established process methodologies (eg Lean, Six Sigma etc) and the benefits these capabilities provide
- Translate performance improvement into customer and financial benefits by working with members of the organisation in assessing, tracking and reporting the benefit of all improvement projects
- Develop simple systems and measurement to ensure improvements are sustainable for the long term.
Communicate progress to Business Leaders, project teams, sponsors and stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The business is looking for a candidate with a process-based skill set, with flexibility to embrace project, reporting and communication responsibilities.

- Strong demonstrable process experience, ideally with Lean Six Sigma accreditation and a minimum 3yrs experience in a service environment
- Strong ability to engage effectively and create buy-in with all levels of the organization
- Ability to provide clear and effective communication and reporting on changes and issues
- Proven track record of making improvements with customer and financial benefits
- Strong analytic and project management experience working across functional projects
- A highly visible champion in the business with a can do attitude and enthusiasm that inspires others
- Ability to move at pace and use different improvement strategies appropriate to the scope of work
- Ability to take control and exercise leadership
