Shifts/Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Contract: Permanent

Location: Buckinghamshire

The Client

Our client is a global agency leader in engagement solutions. They work with a variety of blue chip clients on employee engagement, reward and recognition and incentive travel programmes.

Due to continued expansion and new projects they are currently looking for anEvent Project Managerto join a vibrant and fast paced team. Reporting into the Project Director,you will be responsible for delivering outstanding events, maintaining client relationships and ensuring quality project management throughout.


- Provide single point of contact for the client, coordinating all suppliers and internal resources
- Project and file management, including compliance with KPI's
- Preparation of client contractual documentation for signature by Operations Director
- Financial responsibility of own projects including cash flow management
- Upsell on current projects and support in the growth of existing clients
- Sign off of all website and mail-pieces
- Briefing and managing the on-site team and 3rd party suppliers
- Ownership of all project change management ensuring changes are charged for
- Hold presentations as and when required at client meetings
- Liaising with external event suppliers
Candidate Specification:

- Event management experience

- Project budget management

- Client revenue handling

- Client sector experience (automotive, financial and/or IT)

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

- Client management and revenue growth through upselling or cross-selling
