Privately owned this organisation are an International leader in the supply and management of secure communication systems for critical applications such as health and security. Currently they are looking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager based from their head office in Middlesex.

This is a hands on role. The successful candidate will require a can do approach and be happy to roll their sleeves up and involve themselves in all aspects of the organisation

As Human Resources manager you will help reshape the business to ensure they can upscale to the next level of service and delivery expected by customers and investors. This role will need a strong individual who can understand the end objectives and can formulate and execute plans to reach the end goals.

The role will report directly to the Managing Director and you will be an integral part of the company senior management team, attending board meetings and contributing to the strategy and long term goals of the business as well as implementing procedures and effective change in line with the company vision.

Key Skills & Qualifications Required:-

- 5 years' experience in generalist human resources
- Strong people management
- TUPE experience beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience developing strategies, processes and work methods to enhance efficiencies and quality
- Knowledge of managing budgets and costings
- Computer literacy in dealing with standard MS Office packages, including spreadsheets, finance packages and an understanding of MRP, ERP and project management systems
