Our services cover education, housing, substance misuse treatment and the prevention of reoffending.

We are currently recruiting a highly motivated individual who can assist in the overall delivery of our young person's services across Lincolnshire, covering Boston Borough, East Lindsey and South Holland, base can be negotiated.

You will be a creative, vibrant, innovative and highly motivated manager with a strong desire to deliver outcomes and make a difference to the lives of young people in an exciting but challenging environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills mixed with a good understanding of issues young people face.

As well as managing a Service delivery and achieving internal and external key performance indicators are both key focuses of this post. You will also be the face of Nacro at a local level, responsible for supervising a large team across a diverse service group, based at multiple sites.

Duties & Responsibilities are not limited to but include:
- Plan and direct the activities of the team to ensure the delivery of a high quality service which meets the targets
- Ensure that initial assessments of service users take place
- Ensure that all activities and engagement with service users are risk assessed and appropriate action taken
- Ensure that regular contact is maintained with service users in accordance with the requirements of the service
- Ensure there is adequate staff cover at service delivery projects at all times.
- Work with the Area Manager and the Quality improvement team to develop and maintain best practice systems
- Ensure that all complaints both from service users and external individuals / agencies are dealt with promptly
- Lead, manage, develop and motivate staff, including undertaking support and supervision and performance appraisals, to ensure their ability to perform roles and that they engage in their own personal development
- Control and monitor expenditure on services against the project / service budget.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience:
- Of managing housing related support services
and understanding of the regulatory, contractual and legislative framework of social housing generally and/or education / youth provision
- Working knowledge of the Supporting People Programme and its requirements.
of staff management in a service delivery setting.
- Managing budgets and of delivering services to agreed performance standards
of effective partnership working with a range of stakeholders.

DBS check required.
