Fixed term contract for 12 months

Our client owns and manages 22,000 homes in St Helens and Warrington and has ambitious plans to build 1200 more to buy and rent by 2020.

Their scale is big and their ambitions are even bigger. Do you have the vision and skills to transform the way they let their homes?

They're looking for a talented and experienced individual to transform a traditional allocations and lettings function into a virtual property shop. This brand new digital platform will be the place to find a home to rent, part own or buy.

It goes without saying that sound knowledge of housing and allocations is a must. A key aspect of this role will be to bring together two separate approaches to housing allocations into one single system that's fit for the future.

You will also be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders and get the best business outcomes. You will also be an experienced project leader with the tenacity and determination to make this project a success.
