A high end, luxury brand has an opportunity for a confident and experienced HR Advisor to join their London Head Office.

The successful candidate will provide vital HR generalist support and hold a solid understanding of employment laws and legislation, as well as HR protocol and policies. Day to day responsibilities could include managing employee absences, providing advice to line managers on disciplinary/grievance processes or arranging work experience placements.

Working closely with senior members of the business, this is an excellent opportunity to take on a highly visible role and to make a real impact within the organisation. This is a busy and varied position which requires a dynamic, flexible person with excellent communication skills who has the ability and gravitas to interact with all levels of a high level company.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience in the following:

* Employment law
* New starter onboarding
* Sickness and absence management
* Performance management processes
* Disciplinary, grievance & investigation procedures
* Managing maternity/parental leave queries
* Developing and implementing HR policy & practice
* Recruitment and interviewing experience

This would ideally suit someone who is looking to take on similar responsibilities to that of a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager.

Although mainly based in the London offices you will on occasion be required to travel to other sites within the south of England - please consider this before applying.
