A Sales Coordinator is required by our client based in Milton Keynes. You will be working as a key member within their Sales team, this position not only holds the opportunity to progress within the company. You will require strong interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to respond to any enquiries from clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time restraints.
- Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.

Key skill areas:

- Organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Strong Analytical and Customer Service Skills
- EPOS by Brand - Using data from actual sales; identify opportunities / stock level
- Sales tracker versus Sales forecasting analytics
- Data Entry using Sales Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Sales software
- Possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
