Reporting to the UK Operations Manager, you will be responsible for helping to achieve the company's sales and hire projects, on time delivery and profit targets.

Key Aims & Objectives:

- Ensure that projects are delivered correctly, cost effectively and delivered on time in accordance to the customers build specification and quality requirements.
- To work with the other departments and drive the projects forward utilising the site managers to coordinate site activities and control the quality product delivered to the customer.
- Ensure that necessary manpower, competence, skills, knowledge, plant and tooling required are in place to achieve required targets.
- To instil and drive a safety culture in line with both the organisations and also legislative guidelines.
- To promote a teamwork environment.
- Progress towards operational excellence.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Attend all relevant meetings including Handover, Pre-start, Contractor and weekly project update meeting.
- To ensure construction health and safety plans are completed and maintained.
- Complete project programs, update and communicate when required.
- Ensure each site has a weekly Health & Safety Audit and they are scanned and recorded centrally.
- Ensure the site managers are adhering to company procedures and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping for the duration of the project.

Personal Attributes:

- Possess experience of sub contract models.
- Have the ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering and technical abilities.
- Have a working understanding of offsite construction.
- Have a working understanding of procurement.
- Have a working understanding of health and safety best practice and legislation.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Be comfortable dealing with and efficient in processing paperwork.
- Commercial attributes to be able to work to budgets and alongside Quantity Surveyors
- Understanding of the wider construction processes or market sector knowledge/strategic development are equally advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
- Good self-discipline with a strong commitment to quality and procedures
- Strong customer focus and commitment to quality of service
- Possess strong computer skills and competency in basic MS office applications - outlook, excel, word and MS project.

Education :

- Black CSCS card
- DBS checked
- First Aid

Possess a broad background in construction, preferably off site.

Salary is highly competitive, offers a bonus, company car or allowance.

Working from an Uxbridge / Heathrow operational site.

This person is required urgently and should offer a quick turnaround.
