Our client is the largest in the UK in its field outside of London and we are delighted to be representing them with this exciting HR Change role. You will be highly skilled in the areas of Change, Tramsformation and TUPE - Generlaist skills will also be required for this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, using these to facilitate service led change.
Assess the capability and capacity of the organisation to deliver transformational change and develop wide and clear understanding of the importance of managing change.
Initiate and oversee large scale change, in order to ensure that optimum benefits are delivered in line with our business objectives.
Ability to understand and resolve complex issues and make recommendations and decisions
Solid experience of leading business-wide change programmes, particularly in process and culture change.
Experienced people manager
Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget
Able to understand and manipulate MI to present meaningful analysis and presentation to senior management
Able to demonstrate how you have applied structured methodologies to change management activities
Strategy creation to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiativ
