An International Charity are recruiting for an experienced Head of HR to lead on HR strategy.

The role will involve providing strategic and operational support across multi-sites around the globe with a strong focus on growth and managing 2 HR staff members providing support to a client group of over 80 people.

The Head of HR will have the following focus areas:

-Leading the HR team in the development, implementation and management of HR Strategies, systems and policies that support the UK and European regions.
-Leading on organisational change, resourcing and employee development.
-Working closely with Global HR personnel to ensure appropriate alignment with Global HR policies and procedure.
-Providing advice and guidance to managers across the organisation for a full range of people and HR issues.

The Head of HR will be expected to provide both operational and strategic support; including managing complex ER cases, trade union liaison, performance management, learning and development processes and the management of pay and rewards.
The role will also involve the management of relevant budgets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

-Up to date knowledge of Employment law.
-Substantial experience of development HR strategies.
-Trade union experience.
-Previous experience working within an HR capacity in an international and complex organisation.
-Previous experience of providing HR advice and guidance in a remote capacity at a senior level.
-Experience of complex ER casework.
-Previous management experience.

This is a permanent role with a base in Central London and the annual salary of 55,000 per annum
