National Soft Services provider is looking to appoint an Operations Manager on a permanent basis. The role will be based in Leyland.

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for;

- Managing the day to day soft services operations of national industrial cleaning contracts
- Liaising and building relationships with 30-40 cleaners and Site Managers daily
- Planning and scheduling jobs daily ensuring billing and number of hours worked are accurate
- Liaising with the supervisory team to ensure jobs are logged correctly
- Logging the hours worked on the jobs accurately and passing the applications through that have been billed for extra instructions for work carried out

- Check the percentage of works completed and ensure this is passed on for efficient payment

- Managing national large scale clients daily


- Industrial cleaning experience would be beneficial for this role
- Maintenance background desirable
- Experience of managing multiple sites, managing and scheduling is essential for this role
- Advanced Microsoft Office is essential
- Must be organised and flexible around the needs of the business
