The Hospice of St Francis, in Berkhamsted Hertfordshire are recruiting an HR Advisor

Required to provide operational HR support as well as deliver some key projects across the organization including the development of our HR database.

The post holder will provide a professional HR service working closely with managers to deliver advice on a range of issues to include: resourcing plans, recruitment & retention, employee relations and communications, training and development / performance management issues and organisational change. The role also includes the management of administrative support.

The applicant should be an experienced HR professional with significant generalist experience and a CIPD qualification. They should have a good understanding of employment law and possess good communication / relationship building skills. Good organizational skills are required and the ability to manage a significant workload. Excellent IT (including databases) and team working skills are also necessary.

Salary: Circa £30,000 per Annum Pro rata + Benefits
Hours: 30+ Hours per Week
