The Role - Sales Executive - Internal

Your primary task for this Sales Executive role will be to map out key decisions makers within large corporate businesses such as Barclays Bank, Google, Facebook, Tesco and many more with the aim of qualifying appointments on behalf of the Area Sales Managers. Other duties include:

- Making introductory contact and sales calls to potential clients
- Researching potential high value customers
- Developing long-term relationships with potential clients
- Working alongside the Area Sales Managers to build a target list of clients
- Using all forms of contact, telephone, emails, advertising, social media
- Your will be speaking to a variety of decision makers, such as Facilities Managers, Purchasing Managers, IT Directors, Finance Directors and other senior figures within a business
- Exploring existing clients to try and uncover new opportunities
- Generate new business leads for the Area Sales Managers
- Following up sales leads from multiple sources
- Working closely with the marketing team to help promote the business
- Preparing presentations
- Preparing tender responses
- Supporting the sales team with showroom visits and sales presentations
- Using Salesforce CRM system

The Person - Sales Executive - Internal

In terms of experience for this Sales Executive role you must have:

- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with internal sales
- Understand how to solution sell
- Have a consultative approach
- Demonstrable track record of securing new clients and arranging appointments
- Have strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- The ability to conversation with senior level decision makers
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to follow a clear structure and process
- Show tenacity and determination to achieve a goal
- Be target driven with the desire to earn commission
- Be articulate with the ability to construct concise and relevant emails
- Want to build a career in a forward thinking business
