We are recruiting or a Quality Assurance Specialist for a leading household name based in Milton Keynes.
Basic salary of up to £37,500 per annum (depending on experience)
20% Annual Bonus

The main purpose of the role will be to provide quality related support and undertaking a variety activities within the QA area to support the Quality Manager.
The role holder will ensure that documentation, systems and processes are maintained and updated in a timely manner to support NPD, Marketing, Product Support, Supply Chain, Customer Services and Contract Manufacturers.
*Receive, understand and record all incoming customer complaints received, determine and handover the complaint to the appropriate team to investigate.
*Follow through on corrective actions identified as part
*Identify trends early to limit the escalation of problems and provide information to management.
*Undertake and support the QA Manager with supplier audits to determine the level of compliance with relevant industry accredited standards adopted by the 3rd party contract manufacturers.
*Assist supplier with implementation of improvements identified and track the progress of the effectiveness of the remedy.
*Maintain the QMS, ERP and other internal databases.
*Develop new and update existing QA owned processes and procedures in conjunction with the QA Manager and Global QA.
*Provide reports on a monthly/weekly basis on the progress and results for trial runs, protocols, complaint levels, concessions and rework.
*Provide analysis and track defined AQA KPIs for complaints and non-conformance issues, provide recommendations and observations.
*Coordinate and manage small to medium sized projects to improve quality or technical processes.
*I depth knowledge of compliance and quality requirements in a manufacturing/product based environment.
*Experience of conducting quality and supply chain audits in production/manufacturing.
*Manage multiple priorities effectively using time management techniques and ambiguous situations.
*Implementation of new procedures and process improvement, including R&D and Supply Chain teams.
*Able to make decisions with limited information and in a complex fast paced ad dynamic environment.
*High level of numeracy, minimum GCSE/O'Level Maths.
*Six Sigma yellow or green belt would be a distinct advantage.
