A leading provider of corporate phone systems, telecoms and IT solutions is seeking a Telesales Executive to join their vibrant sales team. Supporting the external sales team, this is an office based role and the Telesales Executive will communicate, liaise & negotiate with potential B2B customers to secure good quality & well qualified appointments.

The Telesales Executive will manage & maintain the integrity & quality of their own database through making regular contact with businesses. Full training will be provided on the company's products and services to ensure candidates are fully equipped for the role. As this is a target driven role, the successful Telesales Executive will need to be self-motivated in order to achieve targets, have a driven & resilient approach in order to attain outstanding results.

Previous outbound business to business sales experience, perhaps within a call centre environment or within a similar telesales or telemarketing role would be advantageous. Less experienced candidates able to demonstrate enthusiasm to learn, good telephone communication potential and a flair for listening, will also be considered.

Duties of the Telemarketing Executive:

- To effectively manage time in order to achieve KPI'S in line with agreed productivity targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- To create quality appointments for the sales team
- To confirm all meetings to the prospect via email
- To ensure all appointments meet the agreed standard of quality set by the company
- Actively promote the business products & services via outbound calls
- Database management
- To ensure all required user defined fields are correctly completed in line with Sales Directors directions
- To attend weekly one to one performance reviews to ensure you are working to achieve all objectives
- To remain positive throughout a calling day
- To self-motivate & self-manage
- To work as part of and for the good of the sales team
- To adhere to company policies on attendance & punctuality

In order to be successful in this role you will:

- Have a strong desire and motivation to work within a sales and marketing environment

- Enjoy making volume telephone calls on a daily basis
- Ability to achieve targets successfully
- Be Proactive, highly self-motivated and methodical

Hours - 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (Part time school hours could be considered)
