My fantastic client based in Cheltenham are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their expanding sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with previous office experience, ideally within a sales environment to join a progressive and expanding company.


-Monitor, report on and assist in handling incoming enquiries

-Plan, co-ordinate and participate in sales campaigns with existing customers and prospects

-Manage sales material for the department - template documents, datasheets, brochures etc.

-Collect information on customers and prospects, inputting this detail into the CRM system

-Provide administrative assistance to sales

-Provide sales information to partners, as required

-Produce sales reports from the CRM system and other data sources as required

Candidate Attributes;

-Previous office experience is essential, ideally within a sales environment

-Excellent Excel knowledge- experienced within formulas, spreadsheets and pivot tables

-Comfortable with professional telephone and email communication with customers

-Self-motivated and organised

Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary- £18,000-£21,000
