Job Title: Internal Verifier / IQA - Admin and Customer Service

Location: Ideally based in or around Essex

Salary: £20 per hour

Type: Part Time (16 hours per week), Freelance Contract

KM Recruitment are pleased to be currently recruiting on behalf of a private Training Provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Internal Verifier / IQA on a freelance basis.


- Internal Verification of Study Programme qualifications in Business Support Services, Customer Service, Employability and Functional Skills.
- Develop, update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
- Provide support and carry out observations to ensure an outstanding level of teaching and learning is achieved.
- Conduct and attend standardisation meetings.
- Produce reports for senior management based on performance, gradings and learner cohort progression, against agreed learning plans.
- Assist in the planning and running of external quality assurance and compliance visits.
- Ability to write reports and maintain records using information systems.

Essential Criteria:

- Must hold a recognised Internal Verifier award (D34 / V1/ IQA).
- Must have experience of verifying qualifications in Admin, Customer Service, Employability and Functional Skills.
- Excellent knowledge of SFA funding compliance.
- Full Clean Drivers licence and use of a vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
