Are you an experienced sales person, with a drive to succeed and a passion for customer service? We are looking for a Field Sales Consultant to join a welcoming and established team. The role is based in Cowley, Oxford and is a full time, permanent role. Your prime role will be to win business for new and existing clients. You will also be developing new leads and introductions into the business.

Company: who will I be working for?

You will be working for an award winning brand with over 20 years experience in their field of security. They have a reputation for trustworthy and professional service. You will be working in an open plan office with the rest of the sales team and will report to the Sales Director.

Action: what will I be doing?

- Offering exceptional customer service on a daily basis, delivering on time, every time
- Building a rapport with the customer, finding out their needs
- Dealing with domestic and commercial clients to help in the design and quotation of projects
- Responding to and being responsible for installation sales for new and existing customers
- Developing and growth of key account customers
- Taking projects for the customer from designing systems from concept to final installation and passing to the operations team for completion
- Developing and tracking multiple pipelines reporting to sales activity
- Carrying out site meetings and consultation meeting with clients, putting together quotations and presenting these to the client
- Building a rapport with the customer, finding out their needs and providing a solution every time

Measure: the skills I need

- Have worked in a sales or account management role, in a targeted office environment
- Have experience of working in a field sales role
- Experience of working in new business will be an advantage
- Be able to demonstrate highly effective standards of customer service, including conflict resolution
- Be able to demonstrate strong negotiating skills
- Be highly organised and results driven
- Have excellent standards of attention to detail and accuracy
- Have worked in a fast paced team, able to multitask and work well under pressure
