Want to work for a leading live production events company, with over 28 years' experience delivering the "WOW" factor.

We are looking for a Technical Project Assistant with a professional attitude and some Technical AV experience.

Reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with the client's in house team the Technical Project Assistant's role is to help deliver events across the country "bringing customers work to life brilliantly".

The Job role will be 75% office based but you must be willing and have experience with live onsite work and happy to complete comprehensive site surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the technical specification of client briefs from proposal to delivery
- Liaising with technical suppliers, crew and clients
- Prepare HSSE documents and other appropriate documentation
- Potential involvement in the live operations of larger events as Assistant PM
- Management of client content pre event
- Accurate and detailed administration of the event
- Any other duties as required by the Production Manager

The successful candidate will need to have

- Good Technical AV (Audio Visual) equipment background
- Organised with a good attention to detail and follow up
- Good negotiating and influencing skills
- Good communicator
- Confident in crew management and logistics
- Flexibility with working hours as additional hours in the office or on site may be required on occasion.
- Current clean driving license

Any experience in technical CAD drawing from amends to design (AutoCad) would be advantageous

Salary £20,000 - £24,000 Dependent on experience
