A growing and expanding worldwide provider of sophisticated software are now looking for an additional Project Co-ordinator to join their professional services operation based from their head office in Peterborough.

Reporting into the Head of Project Delivery, the successful individual will be responsible for administering and co-ordinating a number of migration and upgrade projects concurrently including liaising with the client on their requirements and project schedules; build timelines for implementations and assign to a Consultant; keep in regular contact via email with the client throughout the implementation process; organise training and go-live support with the client and co-ordinate initial customer issues and assign to support or consultancy for fault resolution.

Our client is looking for individuals who are well organised, structured in their approach, possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be a team player.

This position would suit individuals who have previously worked in some form of office co-ordination / office management, customer services, call centre, service delivery or service co-ordination capacity and now looking for a change in direction.

This position is offering a salary in the region of £18,000 - £21,000 together with contributory pension scheme, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, death in service benefit and childcare vouchers where applicable.
