Payne and Payne Security are operating companies within the Coated & Security Products division of Filtrona plc. Payne Security is a leading supplier to the identity & valuable document market, providing a range of authentication technologies, printed film and card based solutions. Overt, covert and forensic technologies can be applied to a wide variety of national identity documents and consumer goods packaging, using inks to lacquers, laminates to labels, tear tapes to thread.

You will operate and maintain the HP Indigo digital presses and other card manufacturing equipment. You’ll deliver products and services in accordance with manufacturing specifications in order to meet customer and production planning requirements. You’ll ensure levels of housekeeping are maintained to a high level thereby reducing the risk of injury as a result of poor management of space/resources. Also, you’ll ensure products are made available in line with conversion docket requirements.

You’ll need experience of printing or operating complex machinery together with knowledge of basic engineering. Fully PC literate, you’ll have good experience of digital press equipment, be able to work accurately and under pressure, and you must be able to work shifts.
