About the AAT
The AAT are the UK’s leading awarding body for accounting and finance based qualifications, awarding 90% of all qualifications in these areas. The status of the AAT makes their qualifications recognised globally meaning you could become an internationally respected Accountant who is attractive to employers.
The status of their qualifications and membership benefits mean you could be working as an Accountant within weeks of registering!
AAT qualifications are highly regarded worldwide and are required by many employers to enter their accounts or finance teams.
The course consists of two elements:
- Bookkeeping Transactions
- Bookkeeping Controls
To sit your exams and receive your qualification, you will need to pay:
- AAT Registration Fees
- AAT Annual Students Membership Fees (Due to be paid one year after initial registration to AAT)
- AAT Exam Fees
Our AAT Specialists can advise you on the latest AAT fee information and how these fees can be paid. Exam centre fees will vary depending on your chosen location.
How is it assessed?
In order to achieve this qualification, students are required to pass two computer based assessments.
In preparation for these assessments, there are progressive tests that run throughout the course along with the model answers for self-assessment. At the end of the learning, students should refer to the AAT website for two further practice exams.
