Customer Service Advisor - Outbound Telephone

The role;

To complete high-quality, small merchant outbound calls on behalf of American Express to drive awareness of the American Express brand and Card acceptance. 

Required skills; 

  • Previous experience in telephone-based campaigns – outbound and/or inbound customer service or sales would be advantageous
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Being a good listener and proactive in questioning merchants

The ideal candidate will;

  • Believe and love what you do!
  • Able to think on feet and use own initiative to reach set goals
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data capture

We offer an attractive package comprising; 

  • £80 per day PLUS up to £350 in bonus (completion / attendance for full campaign period, arrival on time each day, hitting KPI’s)
  • Parking available
  • Hours: 9am -5pm – 7.5 hour days
  • Full training – Friday 22nd September (full day with lunch provided)
  • Dates between 25th September for 7 weeks
