Digital Marketing Assistant
We are looking for an energetic tech-savvy creative to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in copywriting, social media marketing, photography, an eye for graphical design and be an excellent communicator.
Kajima Community works with schools to promote themselves to the local community for the use of their facilities out of school hours. The type of clients that we market to are activity providers such as martial arts teachers, slimming groups, yoga instructors, sports clubs, leagues and adult education. This extra income serves as a revenue generator for schools. We work with a nationwide school client base and are expanding month on month.
The role is creative and enormously varied. The successful candidate will be managing their own set of school accounts and will deploy a range of marketing tactics including designing email campaigns, keeping websites looking fresh and creating social media posts on Twitter and Facebook. They will ensure that they have an excellent grasp of competitor pricing in their school account locations. Search engine optimisation, site-testing exercises and Google Analytics report generation will be carried out regularly to ensure website performance is running at its peak.
The candidate will be an objective team player who is willing to both receive and provide constructive criticism on theirs and their marketing colleague’s campaigns. The candidate will demonstrate their exceptional relationship building skills when working alongside our internal school lettings administrators to generate targeted digital marketing activities and special offers based on space utilisation gaps.

Your hours will be from 9:00-5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Appointment to this position will be subject to receipt of satisfactory DBS clearance.
The remuneration package includes a non-contributory pension scheme, life assurance, private healthcare and travel insurance.
