The Home itself caters for 92 Residents and provides Nursing Care for Older Adults over the age of 60 for long/short-term nursing, mental health, dementia and respite care. The home is set in beautiful grounds with far reaching views across open countryside. The home has also achieved Dementia Care Standard Award for the last few years, something they are very proud of. As our Registered Staff Nurse, you will be joining a fantastic clinical team boasting a very low staff turnover due to the fantastic ethos of the organisation.
A fantastic salary of £15.00-£16.50 per hour/£30’576 per annum, plus excellent benefits

What qualifications and experience will you need?
- A Qualified Nurse (RMN, RGN) with an active PIN
- A proven record in supervising and managing a staff team/clinical team
- A strong passion and commitment to enhance the specialist services delivered
- Be forward thinking and up to date with current practices and clinical knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of the Care Quality Commission requirements
