They are part of a national, award winning home care and companionship organisation and provide a minimum of a 1-hour home visit to private clients. As a Care Scheduler, you will be joining a skilled and passionate team, who put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Your responsibilities will involve:
- Identifying suitable matches for clients.
- Scheduling companions, weekly and monthly rotas.
- Accepting, allocating and processing referrals for new work.
- Identifying recruitment current and future needs.
- Take part in the on-call rota on a rotational basis.
What experience and qualifications will you need?
As Care Scheduler, you will have at least 1 year’s previous experience within a similar role and have excellent organisational skills. You will also, ideally be a car driver. Quality is key, and you will be ensuring your clients have only the best support, from a companion they trust.
