chef / cook
Standard hours are 7am - 3pm but will include weekends. 5 or 6 shifts a week. our daily menu consists of mainly Breakfasts, Burgers, Hot Baguettes and sandwiches. opportunity for the right person to help develop the menu to increase sales. we do occasional functions with buffets and a la carte menus. we have regular conferences which we cater for weekly giving the right applicant a chance to cook some more varied meals.
This job requires someone very reliable and highly motivated. although you will be our chef / cook you will be required to take food downstairs as the kitchen is upstairs. you will also be required to set up for the meetings so this is a very varied role and not just cooking.
