Flowtech Water Solutions require an Accounts Administrator to work in their Wigan Office.
The suitable candidate's duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
* Register Invoices to computerised system.
* Match and approve invoices to a receipt.
* Liaise with employees on site to resolve queries.
* Reconcile statements.
* Handle incoming telephone calls & invoice queries.
The successful candidate will need:
* Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger Experience.(Consideration will be given to candidates with similar limited experience)
* Must be conversant with Sage Line 50.
* Orderwise & Bankline would be an advantage.
