Your new role You will be working in a facilities management environment responding to inbound and outbound calls. The role requires a professional and dynamic approach to consumer care with a desire to continuously improve the way in which you manage contact with consumers. Working as part of a team within a fast paced, dynamic contact centre environment, you will be required to deliver exceptional customer service in a proactive manner. Building rapport with consumers you will ensure that all consumer contact is handled in a professional manner. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of working in a customer driven environment with an understanding of the consumer market. Excellent communication and rapport building skills are paramount, as well as attention to detail and the ability to identify a problem and provide a solution. You will need to be fully flexible between the hours of 10:30am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
