Administration & Sales Support Assistant.

Hours of work: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm

Titus Tool Company are looking for an Administration & Sales Support Assistant to work in our office in Sherburn in Elmet reporting to the Office Manager, this will be a varied role liaising with many teams across the business.  We require an efficient administrator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to general customer queries, e.g. proof of delivery, invoice copies, dispatch details.

• Checking and reviewing stock availability.

• Follow up accurately and promptly to all customer requests.

• Progressing and chasing outstanding orders and relaying accurate information back to the customer and the account manager.

• Data Entry.

• Managing Customer Service queries.

• Managing spreadsheets and inputting data.

• Basic purchasing.

• Providing admin support to the Sales, Management and Marketing teams.

Key Skills:

• Attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

• Friendly and professional manner.

• Positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
