Quality Assurance Manager

 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £37,107

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Care professional to join our multi-disciplinary team. A pivotal leadership role, this provides a fantastic opportunity to influence care delivery across the hospice ensuring it is safe, effective and responsive to people’s needs.

The successful applicant will actively support the Hospice Management Team to sustain and develop governance and quality initiatives in all Hospice departments.  This will involve leading and developing the clinical and general audit function, as well as maintaining and developing relevant policies and procedures. The post will also take lead responsibility for health and safety.

A sound clinical background is essential, along with the ability to work proactively with clinical and non-clinical staff and volunteers.  Experience of palliative care is desirable but not essential.
