Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketer to join an expanding team within an established but growing and ambitious business. Combining social media, video, PPC, SEO, email marketing the ideal candidate must have excellent organisational abilities and strong analytical abilities.

The role will involve some management from the outset but ultimately they are looking for this position to develop into a full managerial/project management role.

Job Description

Working with a hugely varied array of clients from local businesses, exciting start-ups through to household international brands. The clients are varied and so is the work - overseeing a single facebook ad campaign to a full digital marketing strategy, each day will be different - and challenging! In a busy digital world, tiny percentages can make a big difference, this role is for someone who fully understands digital marketing from Email and PPC to SEO - and most importantly, can produce the strategies and changes required to improving number of sales, efficiencies and conversion rates for our clients.

This full time role is for someone with a number of years' experience in the industry, ideally with a background in agency or freelance work to show capability working on variety of jobs.

The key traits/skills required are;
- Experience in a similar Digital Marketing / Online Marketing role;
- Experience managing PPC, SEO, Social Media and Affiliate programmes;
- A strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice;
- Experience Email marketing
- Conversion Rate Optimisation Experience;
- A keen interest and a good understanding of social media marketing to promote brands and drive sales;
- Some experience of managing budgets and monitoring ROI;
- Some ecommerce experience - loyalty, referral and data capture techniques;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent time-management and organisation skills.
- Good presentation skills
