What you'll be doing… Role and Responsibility:
- Providing prompt resolution of all internal and external routine queries via telephone, emails and online Chat.
- Invoicing, ordering supplies, recording deliveries and updating stock records.
- Communicating with suppliers and customers and advising order delivery dates
- Order administration
- Preparing quotations
- Developing Company order processes and sales procedures
- Providing general administrative support

What Skills You'll need
- Excellent customer service skills, learned in a person-facing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are a confident communicator.
- High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills - Competent user of Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel and Word. Experience of Sage (or a similar package) would be an advantage.
- Effective planning and organisational skills.
- Good numerical skills
- A professional attitude and be someone who takes pride in doing a good job

What You'll Get; The package includes:
- This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
- Salary: £18,500 - £21,000 per annum
- 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays
- auto enrolment pension
- Some flexibility with working hours may be possible
- £500 Health club or healthy hobby contribution, paid for by the company (available after one year of continuous employment)
