They have an exciting opportunity for a CAD & GIS Technician to lead and co-ordinate an effective and consistent CAD & GIS service for the Design and Delivery Team and their external clients.

Responsible for the production of all drawn information for the procurement of building maintenance and improvement works including aids and adaptations you will produce plan layouts, sectional and detail drawings of buildings and associated works.

You will be the first point of contact for employees and external clients on any CAD or GIS related issues. We are looking for someone who has initiative, drive, possesses careful attention to detail and can work under pressure independently and within a team environment.

Ideally qualified to HND, HNC or equivalent, or a degree in a building construction related subject and have a minimum of 3 years knowledge and experience of GIS & AutoCAD packages to design and produce construction drawings. A proficiency in developing 3D models and producing drawings using Revit, would be desirable but not essential
