This company is a leading mobile phone/tech accessories retailer with 4 Techhouse stores, its own mobile network and a B2B operation. Following a period of transition, they are looking for an Office Administrator who will become an integral member of the small team and will cover a wide range of administrative roles.

Primary responsibilities will include:

- Processing stock in the inventory system
- Processing any stock items that are returned
- Printing reports for stock takes and processing any discrepancies
- Checking invoices against Purchase Orders and following up on any discrepancies
- Liaising with suppliers for general office/administration supplies, maintaining good relationships whilst ensuring a competitive price/good quality supplies are received
- Office administration tasks, e.g. managing consumables (stationery, Sainsburys etc.)
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Tracking spend of office and marketing costs
- Distribution of relevant items to other store/office locations as needed
- Other tasks as required within the business

Key skills must include

- A friendly & confident manner to provide a good team fit.
- An organised, structured and methodical approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate across all levels.
- Good computer skills are essential, Microsoft office, excel especially.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
