Internal Account Manager - based from their Denton office. Basic salary plus OTE

Famous OEMs have since authorised the company to become national distributors of their original parts. This growing portfolio includes Dyson, Miele, Hotpot, Bosch, Hoover, Sebo, LG, Whirlpool, Karcher, to name a few. This company now offers the most comprehensive choice of original and pattern domestic and commercial appliance replacement parts in Europe, supplying 40 overseas countries.

They are currently recruiting an Internal Account Manager to join their team in Denton, Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping in regular contact with your customers and making outbound calls to your assigned accounts helping them to maximize their spend
- To exceed the revenue and gross profit targets for the assigned accounts
- To support the Business Development Managers to exceed their revenue and gross profit targets
- The ability to generate business from cold data
- To follow up on all marketing campaigns and special offers to maximise sales
- To proactively identify new opportunities to sell additional product lines at the assigned accounts
- To prospect for new business by carrying out internet research and proactively phoning to validate prospective customers
- To report on sales variances on the assigned accounts and carry out corrective actions to recover deficits against target
- To report on competitor activity at the assigned customer base
- To identify new products that could be successfully added to the company range
- To attend quarterly business development meetings to support field sales strategy
