Receptionist / Legal Secretary
Roebucks Solicitors is a well-established firm with 5 offices based in East Lancashire and we are currently seeking to recruit a full time receptionist for one of our Blackburn offices.
The successful candidate will provide full time reception cover.
In order to be successful in this role you must have proven experience of working in an office/administrative environment and be able to demonstrate the following skills.
The ability to work in a team as well as individually.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Good IT skills.
Experience of using a telephone switchboard and computerised systems, including case management, are desirable but full training will be given in all aspects.
