We're looking to appoint a Website Developer to join our busy Marketing team in Fareham, Hampshire.

You'll be supporting the next generation of in-house web services (front-end and back-end) and take on the challenges of exciting third party projects from start to finish. If you're looking to develop your career in new technologies and be involved in the entire life-cycle of a project, then look no further! You'll be encouraged to expand your skills, test your coding capabilities and share new ideas.

You'll be working on developing our website, applications and platforms by using the MODX content management system. Skilled in PHP programming, you will be tasked with the design, development and support of a new range of web projects as well as working on improving existing systems.

Essential Requirements:




  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, Mathematics or Engineering.
  • At least one year's experience of professional website development coupled with programming analysis, software engineering or software development.
  • Experience of at least one CSS pre-processor (such as SCSS, SASS or LESS).
  • Experience of JavaScript/jQuery, response frameworks (Bootstrap), examples of UI and UX challenges and an understanding of Adobe products.


Desirable Requirements:






  • The use of an IDE, preferably PHP Storm, git version control and PHP knowledge would be an advantage.
