Sales Support Administrator - Permanent, full-time post - 35 hours per week (09:00-17:00 with 1 hour lunch break)

This leading manufacturer of engineered wood materials is looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator, due to their increasing business within the UK & Ireland wood-based panels sector.

Areas of responsibility:
- Internal sales role - managing a number of own customer accounts (forming a link between the customer, external Sales Manager, and customer services/our factories)
- Answering incoming telephone calls from a variety of customers
- Order confirmation checks
- Mail merge letters to customers e.g. price increases
- Updating price lists / quotations
- Logging claim details
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets if required

Essential skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Customer service or client management experience
- Organised
- Ability to work under pressure - must be able to prioritise tasks
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Enthusiastic & positive attitude
- Self-initiated
- Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks

Hours of work:
- Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 with 1 hr for lunch

Holidays:
- 23 days + Bank Holidays
