If you are passionate about providing strategic and operational leadership to a designated number of support services across Three Cs operations this role could be for you. As a Service Co-ordinator you will manage people and resources, collaborate with colleagues and the executive management team to support the overall smooth running of Three Cs. You will also take the lead for promoting active support and skills teaching throughout Three Cs.

As Service Co-ordinator you will provide strategic and operational management to a number of projects for people with learning disabilities. You will also be Three Cs internal expert and lead on skills for independence and active support. You will ensure that Three Cs has a clear and effective strategy for skills training and active support to increase the independence of people we support, and that this is implemented across the whole organisation.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring that quality standards and regulatory requirements are met; ensuring resources are effectively and efficiently deployed and managed, playing a key role in the development and management of new services, internal and external relationship management. You will also be responsible for networking and knowledge sharing and keeping abreast of research and development, innovation and best practice in your areas of responsibility.
You will have experience of managing services, and be passionate about supporting people to live independent lives. In this senior role you will manage a group of Project Leaders who each have management responsibility for at least two services. You will report to the Director of Services.
Founded in 1993, Three Cs is a dynamic third sector organisation supporting people with learning disabilities and/or mental health challenges to contribute to the community as equal citizens. We provide supported living, outreach and social inclusion services in London. We currently employ over 170 staff, and support over 200 customers. We are recognised as an Investors in People (Silver) organisation and invest heavily in our staff.
Salary: £36,000 per year, plus allowances for on call duties
Annual Leave: 30 days per year (plus bank holidays)
