A fast-growing national cancer charity is recruiting an:


An Assistant Services and Supporter Care Administrator to deliver a supporter thanking programme and the highest standards of customer care

Aylesbury - based; Part-time (21 hours per week)

£14,000 to £16,000 per annum (pro rata) (depending on experience)

The Lymphoma Association is a national charity which provides information and support to people affected by lymphoma – the fifth most common cancer in the UK. We also work with and support the healthcare practitioners who care for lymphoma patients.

We are looking for a customer service professional to deliver the supporter thanking programme and help achieve the highest level of recognition for our donors and fundraisers.

Applicants will be warm and engaging and committed to developing long-term relationships with the charity’s supporters, most of whom have been directly affected by lymphoma. You will have experience in working in a customer facing administrative support role (helping to maintain customer loyalty), a strong eye for detail and creative writing ability to convey sensitively the impact of donations in thank you letters. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to make a difference for people coping with cancer and to start a career in the charity sector.
