Established for over 40 years, this company is the UK's leading manufacturer of industrial, haulage and sports covers. Due to continued growth, they currently have a vacancy for a full time Accounts Administrator to join their admin/accounts team.

This role will give the chosen candidate the opportunity to enhance their current experience and/or learn new office skills, the role will include:

- Allocating payments in Sage Line 50
- Taking payments via Credit Cards for the sales team
- Raising sales invoices/credit notes
- Resolve any invoice queries
- Raising customer statements
- Processing PL invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Generating reports
- Chase clients payments when overdue
- To undertake various administrative tasks as and when required
- Answering calls to our main switch board in a professional and courteous manner and field to the relevant person.
- Input sales orders using an in-house database

They are looking for someone who is:

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent at multitasking
- Must have experience using Sage Line 50
- Organised
- Computer literate, must have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Quick thinker, is willing to think on their feet
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Confident telephone manner

Hours of work will be 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 4:30pm on Friday with an hour for lunch.
